To find your encumbrance certificate, just do this:
- Go to the Registration & Stamp Department website for Telangana.
- Look for the “Encumbrance Search (EC)” link on the homepage under Online Services.
- When you go online, you’ll see something called an e-Encumbrance Statement.
- Make sure to read the directions carefully.
- Then, click on the “Submit” button.
- Next, a search page will open.
- You’ll have two choices: search by Document Number or search by Form Entry.
- Pick whichever option you prefer.
- Type in the year when the document was registered.
- You can also type in the first letter of the place where it was registered or fill out a form.
- After that, click the “submit” button .
- Finally, your e-Encumbrance certificate will show up on the screen.
