To make this plan work, a department called Minorities Welfare Department made a special order. This order says that if someone applied for money last year but didn’t get it, they will be considered this year. If they’re eligible, they’ll get 100% of the money they asked for, up to Rs 1 lakh. The money will be given through a group called Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation.
The government of Telangana is preparing to start the next part of its loan program that helps minorities for free. They’re planning to give Rs 1 lakh to each of the 14,300 people who applied for it. The government already set aside Rs 153 crore for this. They’ve told local leaders to make sure everything goes smoothly.

- A committee led by the District Collector will select the candidates. The District Collector needs consent from the District Incharge Minister for the selection.
- The TSMFC website will show the list of selected candidates. The subsidy will be given as a one-time grant.
- The managing directors of Telangana State Christian (Minorities) Finance Corporation and Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation will take further steps as needed.
- All these rules must be included in the online beneficiary system, according to the Centre for Good Governance.
